Oh pooh

There is something rather upsetting about a grown man hating Winnie the Pooh. Especially the man who created his image. How sad!

Personally I love EH Shepherd's Pooh (sounds rather bizarre but you know what I mean!). What I hate is the coloured in version that Disney luminates.

And if it came to a choice between Wind in the Willow's Toady in washer woman's clothing and Pooh floating under a balloon... well. I am just not sure what I would choose!

And on that moral dilema I think I prove my earlier point that I am working too hard, and shall mosey off to bedfordshire.

All by myself...

Today I was prepared for four of my colleagues being on holiday. I knew that was going to happen. What I didn't know was that one of my clients would be sacked. Leaving me to do everything.

Five people down.

Fab. Welcome to PR!

Division of labour

OK, so I got up at 6. I left the house at 6.40. I got to work at 8. I left work at 8 and got home again at 9.40.

What?? How is that right? I know I am a "career girl" - whatever that might be, but is it really necessary to work like this?

Aparently humans had the best work life balance when we were hunter gatherers. So everything we have done in the last 5,000 years has only served to make ourselves slaves to things we hate - work, crap TV, chemically altered food, stress and insomnia.

Big claps all round.

Tessa Jowell

Is it really that hard an opinion to digest that Tessa Jowell may actually have dumped her no-good man?

He lied to her and risked her career.

Um... methinks its perfectly reasonable that this wasn't a career saving stunt, but that was just the bonus for a lady ending a long marriage to a fool.
