I came across this video on Get Shouty and although sceptical at first about the words it uses (in American accent no less) like 'resonate', 'action' (as a verb), 'surprise and delight', I found it really enjoyable to watch.
The video shows how a design strategy team approaches a challenge to identify the right idea for a business - a new product, service, etc.
Much love for the large plastic box of coloured pens on their desks, plus their dependence on coloured post-it notes. Design strategy looks like a great job... and without knowing a thing about them, this team (Continuum) seem to have their heads screwed on.

I'm glad you liked it- I'm still chewing on the notion of how you can build solutions when people can't articulate their future needs (that's the lead up to that 'surprised and delighted thing).
